Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This excludes products from pre-order or collection drops.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Countries Only)

The information below applies only to orders shipped outside of the European Union. Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country.

Since 21.11.2025 at 6:00 PM (CET), we have implemented an automatic duty and tax collection system at checkout for eligible destinations.

This means your package will be delivered directly to you with no additional charges required during customs clearance, as all applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout.

If your order was not calculated using this system, import duties and taxes may need to be paid during customs clearance.

You will not be charged twice. This simply means that duties and taxes are collected either at checkout by us, to ensure a smoother delivery, or by the courier upon delivery, depending on your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

To help us process your claim efficiently, please keep all original packaging and damaged items and, if possible, take photos of the damage.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.

If a package is returned to us, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
