1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
1.1. If you are a Consumer (purchasing for personal use, not for business), you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without stating any reason.
1.2. To exercise this right, please send us a clear statement by email within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and proof of purchase.
1.3. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
1.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
1.5. We will refund the price of the returned products (and the initial shipping cost, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment — whichever is earlier.
1.6. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
1.7. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
2. Damaged Parcels
2.1. Upon delivery, please inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation.
2.2. If the package is visibly damaged:

Request the courier to complete an official damage protocol,

Take photos of the damage to the packaging and, if applicable, to the product,

Send this documentation to customerservice@caliathletics.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2.3. Failure to provide a damage report and photographic evidence may result in the rejection of your claim.
3. Complaints & Warranty
3.1. All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under applicable consumer protection laws.
3.2. If a defect appears within the first year, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we prove otherwise.
3.3. To file a complaint, please provide:

A description of the defect,

Photos or videos showing the defect,

Proof of purchase and your contact details.
3.4. Send all claims to customerservice@caliathletics.com. We will respond within 14 days.
3.5. If the defect is confirmed, the Seller will decide on the appropriate remedy, considering the nature of the defect and legal requirements. Possible remedies include: repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund in case of significant defects.
3.6. Claims resulting from misuse, improper storage, or mechanical damage caused by the Buyer may be rejected.
4. Customs Duties for Orders Outside the EU
4.1. Buyers outside the European Union are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import charges.
4.2. We recommend checking applicable rates before placing an order — this information is usually available from the official website of the customs authority in your country, local postal services, or the chosen courier company.
4.3. We are not responsible for differences between estimated and actual charges.
5. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels
5.1. If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel, resulting in its return to us, you will be charged for both the initial and return shipping costs.
5.2. Any refund will be issued after deducting these costs from the order amount.
