Assembly Instructions
Static bar
All necessary screws and accessories are included in the box. You will need a 17 mm (11/16 in) wrench - it is recommended to have two. The wrench is not included.
Place the black anti-slip pads inside the bottom part of the static bar. You will find the holes on the sides.
Once the anti-slip pads are secured on both sides, insert the side columns of the static bar into the bottom part.
Tighten the screws to secure the side columns to the bottom part. Use one washer per screw.
Once the side columns are secured to the bottom part, start mounting the main bar. You can do this alone (attach one side first, then the other); however, it is much easier with another person.
Dip bars
All required tools and components are included in the product box.
Place the bottom parts of the dip bars on a flat surface. Insert the vertical columns into the bottom bases.
Set the desired height by aligning the holes in the vertical columns. Insert the silver locking pins through the holes on both sides.
Tighten the black adjustment knobs to fully secure the height and lock the columns in place.
Make sure all pins and knobs are properly secured. Repeat the same steps for the second dip bar. The dip bars are now ready for use.
Gymnastic Rings
All required tools and components are included in the product box.
Use the small Allen key to loosen the safety screw and unlock the carabiner.
Clip the wooden ring onto any numbered pocket on the strap to choose your starting length.
Throw the strap with the second carabiner over the pull-up bar or ceiling mount. Clip the carabiner into the numbered pocket that gives you the desired strap length.
Once the height is set, tighten the safety screw with the Allen key to fully lock the carabiner. Make sure everything is secure before use.
